If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. Return eligibility may depend on the item condition, packaging and whether the product has been assembled or used.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and issue.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, unassembled where applicable, and in original packaging.
