$200 Launch Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Terra & Treads $200 Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). By entering, you agree to them.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Terra & Treads, ABN 17 671 383 770 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@terratreads.com.

2. Who can enter

The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our staff, their immediate families and anyone involved in running the Giveaway can't enter.

3. Entry period

Entries open at 7:00pm AEST on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 16 November 2026. Entries received outside this period won't be counted.

4. How to enter

On the Giveaway post on Instagram (@terratreadsaus) or Facebook (Terra & Treads Australia):

  • follow or like our account,
  • like the Giveaway post, and
  • comment with the Terra & Treads piece you'd choose.

Each person can enter once per platform, so a maximum of two entries per person. Entries made with fake, duplicate or bulk accounts, or by automated means, will be excluded.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a single-use Terra & Treads digital gift card worth A$200, valid until 31 January 2027. It can be used on terratreads.com towards any order delivered to a postcode we deliver to at the time of the order. It can't be exchanged for cash, transferred or extended. If an order costs more than A$200, the winner pays the difference, including any delivery fee. Total prize value: A$200 (incl. GST).

6. Draw and winner

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at our business premises. We'll contact the winner by replying to their comment and by direct message from @terratreadsaus or Terra & Treads Australia only, and announce the winner's first name and account handle in our Instagram Stories that evening. We will never ask for payment, bank details or passwords. Ignore any other account claiming to be us.

The winner must reply within 7 days with their full name and email address so we can send the gift card. If they don't, or if they're ineligible, we'll draw a new winner on Tuesday 24 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEST at the same location, and contact them the same way.

7. Privacy

We use entrants' account handles only to run the Giveaway, and the winner's name and email only to deliver the prize. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy for more detail.

8. General

We may exclude entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent or break these terms. If the Giveaway can't run as planned for reasons outside our control, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from entering the Giveaway or using the prize, except for any liability that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability relating to it.
